Visited here for valentine’s day. Hadn’t been here for a while. The food was amazing as always. Had 3 courses and bottle of wine. Total was under £100 for two of us. Such amazing value for great food. Service was really good, even though busy. Waiter and waitresses very attentive and friendly. Really nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

Bearing in mind that today is Mother's Day and we had our table booked for lunch. The place was packed and we had just finished our starters and drinks which was lovely however we then had over an hour's wait for our mains to arrive. The owner came out and he genuinely seemed apologetic and said that he was just flummoxed by the amount of people and that things had gotten on top. He said our drinks and starters would be on the house. We had to leave unfortunately as the kids needed feeding but what an honorable man this owner is and I and other members of my family will be back just for his sh
