Serious issue – check your change carefully I visited this McDonald’s yesterday evening and was given an invalid foreign coin (peso) instead of £2 as change. I only noticed this afterward. I returned to the store today, 16 January 2026, at around 1:30 PM, with my receipt and the remaining change to explain the situation. First, a female staff member wearing a cap spoke to me. She did not introduce herself or give her name, and communication was very difficult due to very limited English. She immediately said: “You got this yesterday, this is not our problem.” I then asked to speak to a manager

Manager should be sacked, long wait then food sent back because it was cold then another long wait, believe it or not food was colder, then another long wait and this time wrong order? McDonald's Management get rid of the manager and rude staff , they're ruining your brand , advising all friends and family not to go there , wish I'd filmed it and posted on Facebook but I know you won't take this seriously because you have more customers but keep losing them and you'll realise it was your fault. Mcdonald customers vote with your feet lots of other fast food outlets

Very quiet at 6.15am. I had quick and friendly service. A clean restaurant with upstairs seating and a strong WiFi connection. Limited parking based on a first come first served basis. As many other McDonald's, they're using the new unpopular cardboard lids. Overall fantastic.

I’m very disappointed with McDonald's due to repeated issues that show a complete lack of professionalism. On more than one occasion, items were missing from my order — both when ordering online and when ordering directly in the restaurant. The last time was particularly unacceptable: I ordered a McPlant burger and a Double Cheeseburger, but only the McPlant was included, despite being charged for both items. This is not a one-off mistake but a recurring problem. Accuracy is the bare minimum in food service, and unfortunately McDonald’s has failed to meet even that standard in my experience. I
