Kelly was amazing! Busy McDonalds with your standard expectations around the food however, just wanted to give Kelly the positive recognition she deserves. It was quite a long wait for food so I saw her attentiveness and care with all customers. It didn't seem that she was only on the counters but her customer service was so spot on, checking that everything was okay with meals, engaging with customers with a beautifully bright persona and going the extra mile with every customer she spoke with. Astonished to see my food slide across the table as this young lady delivered direct to table at speed. Customers on next table were horrified by her action, they even commented about it. If they cannot respect my meal to my face, what do they do behind my back? Fries were hot this time though. Avoided the coffee (how can you get that wrong) this time. My ten year old was knocked by staff too, sorry she was in your way. Will not eat here again.

Quite possibly one of the worst places and worst meals I've ever had in my life. Staff didn't call our number so the food sat there getting cold. Staff couldn't count or care less all focus was on the online orders. It has been over thirty years since I've been in a McDonald's I feel like I didn't leave it long enough. Never again!! The food was tasteless and cold. An absolute nightmare. Only went cause I friend wanted to. Stay away. Xo

Came here to grab some food before heading over to the coast and it’s safe to say it’s been one of the worst experiences of my life. Ordered on the app and went in to collect, was given my order and took it away. Realised we had been given a completely random order so went back in to get it swapped, waiting around 20 mins to get my food asked the “manager” if everything was correct as there was customisations on the burgers and she said yes.
