A lady called Nay was very happy to help me with my order. At first she could see I was a little disappointed that my 'order in' drink had been put in a takeaway cup by another member of staff so she walked over and asked me if I would like it in a glass as she was picking up my 'vibe'. Feel really sorry for the staff , they are so polite and helpful . Yet the times they have to apologise due to the ice machine being broken is embarrassing. With warm weather here , customers are expecting Costa to be able to supply them with a cold drink As a regular customer I know how long Costa have had to sort the ICE MACHINE . My wife enjoys a cold drink after she’s had her regular hot chocolate. Yet as usual this is not possible. GET IT SORTED UPDATE ICE MACHINE FIXED ALL COLD DRINKS AVAILABLE VERY SOON Last day of May ICE MACHINE NOT WORKING, ALSO CAME IN YESTERDAY LATE AFTERNOON. NO
