Mashfe was absolutely incredible and truly elevated our entire experience. He took the time to explain everything in detail and gave spot-on recommendations that did not disappoint. We ordered the tandoori cod on flatbread, the Turkish breakfast skillet, and the strawberries with pistachio and chocolate dipping sauce—every single dish was exceptional. The food was outstanding, but Mashfe’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and care are what made this visit unforgettable. Exceptional service all around—he deserves major recognition!

Heavenly Desserts in Southampton lived up to its name a bit too well. I ordered the Biscoff waffle and a latte, mostly expecting a standard sugar hit, but the waffle turned out to be genuinely impressive. It arrived warm, with that ideal mix of crisp edges and a soft middle, and the Biscoff topping was generous enough that you don’t have to go hunting for flavour. It’s the sort of dessert that immediately convinces you that “just one more bite” is a perfectly legitimate life choice. Desserts were fantastic. The hot chocolate was great and soothing. There was only 1 staff when we visited although there were several tables occupied. He was practically doing everything himself, from greeting the guests, taking preparing delivering orders, closing the bills. Despite that, he remained polite and friendly. Kudos to Mashfe!
