I was told by a local that this is one of his favorite restaurants in Southport, so I decided to give it a try tonight. Chinese food is best when there are several people sharing different dishes, so I decided to just order a noodle dish since I was dining alone. I ordered the Malaysian chow-mein as the waiter told me that would have less sauce than the other options that I was considering. It came out fairly quickly and was full of the fragrance of freshly-cooked food that came out of a wok (it is called “wok-hey” in Hong Kong), so that was already pleasing to my “smell” sense. I had the Early Bird Special with some friends and it was delicious! The pork pring rolls are so juicy, then had the chicken friend rice which you can never go wrong with. To top it off, a lovely vanilla ice cream with a wafer. Very friendly and helpful staff and a favourite place to go.

amazing food, lovely decor, staff were mostly friendly and helpful, good prices but i did find a dead bug in my soup. like a moderately sized insect, wings and everything. so that seriously put me off. but they gave me a fresh bowl :)
