Abysmal customer service. I’ve been a regular customer, so I immediately noticed that the cake I received was significantly smaller than usual. When I reached out to query this, the response I got was dismissive and unhelpful, they simply stated it was “normal” with no acknowledgment of my concern and not even a basic apology. What’s worse, when I followed up to raise this again, I was completely ignored. No response at all. That level of disregard for a loyal customer is unacceptable. This establishment serves the best cupcakes and cakes baked fresh in-house. They are absolutely delicious with subtle yet refreshing flavours. There's coffee available here as well freshly brewed. Even though it's a bit pricey, it is definitely worth trying out the pastries offered here. Staff are very helpful and attentive as well.
