Evening Delight at Costa Coffee St Albans Dropped by Costa Coffee in St Albans this evening and was genuinely impressed by the warm, welcoming service from Theo and Rithu. Even at the end of the day, their energy was upbeat, their smiles genuine, and the coffee, absolutely spot on. They created such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that made it feel more like a local hangout than a chain café. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality, especially in the evening hours. Big thanks to Theo and Rithu for making it a lovely experience—I’ll definitely be back!

Quite spacious and nice, coffee is okay but do yourself a favor and don’t get cold brew here. It’s sour and watered down there is nothing you can do to fix that questionable beverage as sugar will not dissolve in cold drink. Staff seems to be happy to work here so I guess that makes visit a bit better.
