I am incredibly disappointed to write this, as I used to be a regular. However, the standards at this Caffè Nero have declined severely, forcing me to take my custom elsewhere. The staff are consistently unfriendly and offer zero basic courtesy—no "please" or "thank you" during transactions. Most disturbingly, hygiene is an issue. On multiple recent occasions, the cups and spoons provided have been visibly dirty or poorly cleaned. It's a shame, but when basic respect and cleanliness are missing, quality coffee isn't enough.

So I walked into Cafe Nero today to get myself iced vanilla matcha latte which is worth£4.85, since I requested for less ice this is what I get. I agree that I used a voucher but for a drink worth almost £5 is this what we get only ice. The drink you can see in the picture is more (cuz the ice has not melted into it) than what the lady poured into the cup which was even less than the half. She is the nastiest lady who serves in the cafe. Talking too much just to distract the customers from what she is actually doing. Went in at 3.45pm on sunday for a coffee. It closes at 5pm. The server said that she was only serving the coffees as a take out in the disposable cups because she was on her own and had a lot to do.I said that I would like it as a sit in in a normal cup and she begrudgingly served it. There were 2 other customers. There were dirty tables and rubbish around them. The toilet was alsostrewn with toilet paper on the floor. Not the best.

They seem to have plenty of space They are very inviting with a warm feeling The staff work really hard (particularly the short dirty haired blonde) she went above and beyond with customers asking extra questions, making you smile with a little chat I think it gets more negative rep than it deserves the drink and food I ordered was more than adequate for the cost I payed
