“Busy on a Sunday afternoon but service was good and food was hot”

Do Not Go Here. Ordered breakfast at drive thru to get home and have flatbreads instead the muffins and ice in my coke even though my recipet had the correct order/adjustments. Got back and the girl I spoke with was amazing and the only reason service isn’t 1 star too. I quickly checked the food and looked good but no get home AGAIN to be missing a burger still !! with a cold coffee as this was made an hour ago at this point and wasn’t replaced. Had to wait for food. After I got home with it found the fries were soaked in grease, cold and pale. 2 large fries, couldn't be eaten so ruined what should have been a "meal". Got given no receipt so can't even do anything. Rubbish.

Waited 30 minutes for 3 meals! Absolutely not ok "fast food resturant"- it really isnt! Staff all miserable with no umph and clearly in no rush to get meals out efficiently one minus lovely lady who had just come off her break and was entertaining kids at the resturant and finally chased my food. Half filled chips, burger slapped in, not even a full cup of hot chocolate and the milkshake was all melted! 🙄 won't be heading back.

Awful service. Served by ASHLEY who was wearing a team trainer top ( seriously is he the trainer in-store!? ) he gave us the incorrect drink, which he just took back- no acknowledgement, no sorry, no interaction at all. He was basically a robot, who seemed to have no manners and hated being there. Macdonald's you seriously need to employ people that actually want to work for you. Rude man.
