I visit this McDonald’s regularly, especially when I’m coming back from night shifts, so this review isn’t based on just one visit but multiple experiences. I understand this location is open 24/7 and handles drive-through, delivery, takeaway, and dine-in at the same time, so it can get very busy, especially late at night. However, the service at the counter is consistently very slow. On my most recent visit I waited around 15–20 minutes just to place an order at the counter because I had a voucher that couldn’t be used on the self-service screens. Possibly the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Parking is beyond a joke. Spent 20 mins in bay order 1 waiting on food. Went in only to be told that there was nobody in bay 1, and that they'd looked, which really confused my young son as even he could count that high. Oddly the food was cold and looked like it had been thrown in the packing, whilst bing sodamised by a elephant. However the var park was easy to get out of.

Do love McDonald's, the only problem I'm finding is most things you get now are reduced in size. I appreciate everything they have to bye in has got more experience, but surely there is a limit. As the saying goes, size matters. More so when you can go to other places and get breakfast, and unlimited coffee for around a fiver
