Ordered from her a number of times. But the last two orders have had items missing. Looking at the other reviews there seems a pattern here. Rung the place spoke to a man who insisted "He put the chips in himself" I stated they are not. He then said "He put them in the meat"? I asked if they want to video call with me and I will show them they are not "in the meat" he then said report it to Uber eats. Then put the phone, no apology not even a goodbye. This kind of customer service seems that I am not the only person treated with this line of excuse or in this manner.

Ordered spicy bean burger for my vegetarian son and received a chilli double beef burger. On calling the restaurant they struggled to find my order once they did they told me they had tried to call ….i can prove I recieved not one missed call. I asked them why am wary would they substitute. Vegitarean item with meat. Disgusted no offer to re send was told to ask for refund via uber

This is my second order from them via Uber; 8oz cheeseburger and chips with a side of onion rings. Everything was cooked really well, the portions were generous, and the burgers were still juicy! Very reasonable for the prices asked. --------------- Update: food is still good, had the mixed doner with chips.

Very poor food quality. I ordered a lasagne and it was super greasy. The chips were dry. The corn on the cob was brown and undercooked. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and they sent me the 69p yazoo chocolate milk. Really disgusting and horrible. I payed £25 and barely ate anything nor my partner
