⭐ 1 Star – Consistently Awful Experience I’ve given the McDonald’s in the Stevenage Leisure Centre far too many chances, and every visit just highlights how badly it’s run. I’ve seen staff members standing around with their hands down their trousers, which is completely unprofessional and honestly disgusting in a food environment. Some of the staff are also very rude, which doesn’t help at all. On at least two separate visits, my food was left sitting out for ages before being handed to me—not even under a hot lamp. I was nearly assaulted at night, the staff then were really supportive and handled the situation effectively. My advice is to get security at night. I came in the afternoon with my kids, the staff were hiding ketchup,straws even serviettes. We requested for ice and water and the staff were reluctant to give us. They m 1 who gave us 2 piece of ice and purple water. They seemed cranky to give ice and water despite the scorching heat. It's quite 5gdisappointing to have to beg for water. After requesting for my meal, roughly 56 times, no one was bothered to answer me and I did mention. I had a train to catch. Still, no one considered it and kept ignoring. I have to wait 20 minutes for my food. I ordered the new fries, but I end up getting a normal fries. Now feels like I paid 30 P Extrajust for nothing I am very unsatisfied with the way they treat customers

Staff are lovely, very clean premises. A lovely group of vulnerable adults having a lovely time, and I heard an older gentleman mutter "disgusting" towards one of the group. Then I saw two mums with young children, looking over at said group, and laughing to themselves. But the group were lovely, as were their carers. The staff were very kind, and helpful. Never used the toilets, so cannot comment.
