My husband and children booked a table for mother's day. Thought we'd try somewhere close as only had a short space of time as i care for my disabled father. Anyway booked for 2pm, got to the bar and no staff for about 10 minutes. When staff arrived we got drinks and sat down was told someone would be over to take our order soon. 20 minutes later, I believe the cook, approached us and said he would be serving food in 10 minutes. Had a terrible experience, in 36 degrees there wasn’t any fan, air conditioning or even a window. The rooms didn’t seem clean whatsoever and toilet had a really bad smell it even had insects inside. Would never recommend anyone to stay here.

I had booked 5 nights at this place but due to a personal issue I had to check out 2 hours after checking in. After multiple requests to refund me for 4 nights (as the room could still be used) the request was declined. Shocking decision by the management. The place isn't much in terms of room quality or location either. The room didn't even have a kettle. the shower had a constant drip. But, you get what you pay for sometimes. Definitely wouldn't recommend even as a last resort.

had a terrible experience with this hotel. Despite paying in advance and having my booking confirmed, I was completely stood up on arrival. The front desk staff claimed they had no room available for me and made no real effort to resolve the situation. What made it even worse was the behaviour of the manager. Instead of offering help or an apology, she was dismissive, unprofessional, and downright rude. Her tone made it clear she had no intention of taking responsibility for the situation. I was left stranded with nowhere to stay at midnight, out of pocket, and treated with zero respect. Thi
