From the moment we walked in she made us feel genuinely welcome, not just a table to turn around. Friendly, attentive without being over the top, and clearly someone who takes pride in what she does. The atmosphere was great too, and I think a lot of that comes down to the staff. When you've got someone like Paula front of house, it just lifts the whole experience. She had time for a chat, remembered what we were drinking, and had a warmth about her that made the place feel like a proper
