Have been using this McDonald’s for well over 15 years now (I know I’m complaining but it’s not all bad lol !) I basically get coffee here , cheap & easy , not my favourite place but when I need some caffeine it’s ideal ! Recently like the last year my regular cappacino & flat white has been terrible , weak & like dish water ☹️, I’ve had to take it back & then I avoid going for a few weeks , why is it so inconsistent? Are some staff not filling the coffee properly ? Are McDonald’s trying to save money & purposely using less coffee ? How can one cup be lovely , strong like I love it & the next

Ordered 2 meals on deal on uber eats and only one fries arrived. Ive never had problem before. Aswell it was stonecold like it been outside for ages! Deffo wont order food on friday as seem to have crap workers that day

The last three times I came here I ordered a double quarter pounder, and every single time I was given a single in a box marked double, discovered only after driving home. The previous time the manager was very polite and understanding, but sadly he wasn't here today. Today the staff member I spoke to didn't even remake the burger, he just put an extra patty in a half hour old, cold burger, and so I had to complain yet again just to get the fresh burger I was supposed to have had from the beginning. Awful experiences. Every time I have been here there has been a problem. One time I came here, I saw employees wiping their noses with their hands and continue to prepare the food. Tonight I ordered on the McDonald’s app and paid but when I got to the McDonald’s it was shut. This shows awful customer service because not a single employee decided to make ordering on the app unavailable. Now I have to wait an entire week for a refund.
