We recently visited and had a completely different experience from what some reviews suggest. The staff were genuinely warm, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. At one point, another customer began shouting at a staff member, but she remained calm, professional, and handled the situation very gracefully. The atmosphere was nice it’s a small place but cozy. The staff member who was there was lovely and food arrived relatively quickly. I ordered a chicken tikka it came still sizzling served with vegetables and mint chutney , it didn’t take long to cool and tasted delicious you have the option of choosing how hot you’d like the spice also. I would highly recommend and was shocked at how empty it was.

We had to wait for more than 40 minutes for our food, and when it finally arrived, it didn’t taste good. The chaat was overly sweet and definitely not the authentic taste we were expecting.
