Came here on a bank holiday and the staff were absolutely slammed with the amount of customers! The queue was nearly going out the door, but the staff all worked very quickly and efficiently to make sure everyone was served promptly. My order was perfection - special shoutout to San who even managed to make the interaction more personable with a little chit chat despite the stress of so many orders coming through! Will be back soon :)

The store was clean and had two pleasant members of staff. Air con was wonderful during the heat wave. Free WiFi. Toilets The store lost a point for lack of choice. Very few options of food or cakes for those with allegens. I counted 2 vegan sandwiches (both out of stock at 1.30 pm) 1 cake vegan Gluten free seems lacking too. Milk and cream alternatives, both chargable. Some outdoor seating
