This branch of Costa really bugs me! The drive-thru up the road opens at 6am, the indoor one in Sherwood Street opens at 8am but this branch - situated right by the busy Bus Station - doesn’t open ‘til 9.00am! The Bus Station starts getting busy around 7.00am with shift workers either returning home or leaving for work and teens on their way to school or college, most of whom would pop in if only for a flapjack or cold drink but Costa’s doors are firmly shut. At 8.00am the majority of teens are waiting for school buses (Costa’s doors are still shut). Total lunacy. Whoever at Costa made this d

Clean, with friendly staff. The vanilla Cappuccino tastes lovely. One star lost because of the weight of the cups but this is across the board not just this Costa.

Waiting for over 10 minutes in a near empty cafe with no queue. While the employee is faffing about talking even after acknowledging that I'm there. Ended up, walking out as I had to catch a bus after I stopped in hopes that I could get a drink in under 15 minutes to takeaway, but obviously not.
