Great drive through and dine in place. Awesome McDonald’s breakfast with really good hash browns. You will enjoy it a ton! Perfect location when you drive to Wales. Staff is super nice and helpful. Many many thanks to all the team working on this Saturday morning. Best cheerful guys and girls. Beautiful dining area where you can relax and take a minute off the road. Good place to stop by and have a bite to eat.

Ordered a delivery with happy meals and adult meals dips free with happy meals and I paid for additional dips Fries were cold when arrived so like cardboard and no dips arrived so cold dry cardboard fries Burgers were real nice and actually still near hot Complained through uber who delivered it and they said no refund as I did somethin wrong !!!! What u mean I paid for somethin I didn’t get ??? Tried to complain to the actual macdonalds through their app and the answer was direct complaints to delivery company So wow what a nice little scam they have goin I know it was only dips but u can ima

I don’t often write reviews for McDonald’s, but I really felt this visit deserved one. We stopped in today and the whole experience was genuinely lovely. The restaurant itself was immaculate — not just the seating area but the bathrooms as well, which is something you don’t always expect from a busy McDonald’s. Everything was clean, tidy, and clearly well looked after. What really stood out though was the customer experience. Michelle, who was working there, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming and made us feel like valued customers rather than just another order number.

We didn’t get our order from uber eats. We went to McDonald’s to get our food as I spent £35 and only got 2 cokes. The manager was extremely rude and accused us of shouting at her, I would like to see the cctv of this as we were talking normally? Obviously we are going to be frustrated but she compared it to ordering from Amazon and having to wait for the order but when we order from McDonald’s we want to eat it straight away not a few days later. We fell a bit gaslighted because we are younger, she wouldn’t talk to a man like that. We also heard her talking about us in a negative way whilst
