Amazing Indian takeaway! I even had a nice chat with the owner as he prepared my meal, a really friendly and approachable chap ☺️ I had the Chicken Taka Tak, steamed rice and a garlic naan. To summarise, it was packed full of flavour, had a nice little spicy kick and left me wanting more! I'll be back to try out the rest of the menu for sure!

Exceptional curry - some of the best you will taste anywhere on the planet. I’ve eaten all over the world at some of the best Indian restaurants and take aways - and Great Indian Kitchen is up there with the best of them. Big portions and incredible flavour - we had the Chicken Chettinad and Lamb Rogan Josh. Oh and the dips for the poppadoms are the best we’ve had too - like the higher class ones you get when dining in a really fancy Indian restaurant - I recommend getting 2 portions of the poppadoms and dips! We will be back again next week on Tues night - before they close on Wed for a mon

Oh wow! Blown away by the authentic flavours, fantastic welcome from chef Nayeem and his son. If you are wondering whether to try it or not - don’t even think twice - just do it! He is the chef from the original Dilli’s in Altrincham - in my opinion the best Indian Altrincham ever had. It is more of a take-away with a few tables, rather than full blown restaurant. But if it is the quality of food you’re after, this is the place to go!! (They are on holiday end Jul for a mth, but will return)

We’ve ordered from here many times and the food is always amazing. Every dish is cooked to perfection, full of flavour and clearly made with care. They’re also more than happy to make dishes that aren’t on the menu, which really shows how accommodating and passionate they are about their food. I highly recommend their Paneer Tikka Shaslik, Butter Chicken (not on menu) and their Chutneys with the poppadoms are to die for. Brilliant takeaway – highly recommended!
