The store is impressively large, which makes for a much more relaxed shopping trip. The aisles feel spacious and it’s rarely as crowded as other supermarkets in the area, allowing you to get your shopping done without the usual stress or rush. ​The product have a huge collection, so never struggled to find what I’m looking for. A big bonus is the convenient car wash located right there in the parking area, which is perfect for getting the car cleaned while you do your grocery run.

I was having a ditzy morning in Asda and using the wrong side of the self scanning table to place my scanned items. This resulted in a big bottle of beer rolling off the side and exploding with a bang creating a big mess. I felt awful and stupid but the two ladies in the self scanning area dealt with it so well offering a replacement bottle and giving me a new bag to replace the one I’d ruined. It is so refreshing to be treated like this and not made to feel like the absolute nuisance that I was. These two members of staff should be commended for top customer service. Thank you.

I cannot think of a time where the staff have been courteous at this store. Whether I’ve asked for help finding an item or there’s been a self checkout error, I’ve always been met with a negative energy. Last Friday was the final straw when a young man on checkouts was SO rude with his teenage attitude that it made me believe this branch of ASDA might ask staff to forget basic human courtesy. It’s a shame I’ve unfortunately now tarnished all the staff with this judgement as I’m sure there are some kind people there. Never going again.

The store has a great selection of products. However while in this store looking for items I asked for help finding them and the staff member I talked to was not sure where they were and took me around to three different isles until asking one of his colleagues for help. Otherwise it's great.
