I totally love Costa, their coffee is fabulous, and I've recently got into matcha and ube. Both readily available and yummy as an alternative to coffee. There's always new innovations at Costa and their staff are really friendly and efficient. It's always busy, but seating is available upstairs where I go and it's big with loads of seating. Theres food choices for vegetarians and labels on drinks with alternative milks for specific needs. Parking is good and its wheelchair accessible and there's always lots of families here too. What's not to like.

It's a really good coffee shop. The road to the Travel Center was very congested, so I just happened to get off the bus and find a coffee shop to take a rest. This Costco coffee shop is really a good choice to chat with friends for two hours, the traffic is no longer congested, and then start the trip. But, The food and drinks are acceptable, the attitude of the waiters is first-rate, the coffee shop is in a very good location, and there are shopping stores next to it. I will come back when I have time.

Staff are lovely but the slow snail like speed of the service needs looking at. Queue waiting, coffee took ages and it wasn’t great coffee either. I mean, I’ll do Costa or Starbucks if I’m needing a caffeine fix but prefer smaller independents as coffee is always better but needed to pop on to review Costa as the service was so slow.

I have been in this Costa on multiple occasions because my job demands I meet clients in their local community. Some of the staff are so rude and dismissive. The last straw if I was sat at a table downstairs because upstairs has no phone signal waiting for a client, I always spend £10 or more on the Costa here but I usually wait 10-15mins for the client to arrive. A member of staff came up to me and said are you going to order anything and I said I’m waiting on a client but I will order then she said can you move as I have elderly waiting for seats but there weren’t any elderly that didn’t hav
