I visited Black Sheep Coffee last night and had such a great experience. I asked if my flat white could be served in a porcelain cup instead of a paper one, and the barista was incredibly friendly and polite, he didn’t hesitate at all. The coffee itself was amazing, honestly one of the best flat whites I’ve had in Uxbridge. The service really made the difference, warm and welcoming from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for both great coffee and excellent customer service! ☕

The most adorable staff ever ! So polite and kind. Been there so many times over the past few years. Doesn’t matter if it’s 7am or 7pm Always been served with love . Today was so beautiful thanks to Annalise. Overall all the staff are amazing and such stars. I only grab my matcha and waffles from them no other branch does it any better.

My rating is affected by the product as it was home delivery. The Açai bowl was only half full and did not reflect the photo on the website thus I feel I was overcharged for what I received . The bowl itself was smaller than my coffee mug and 3/4 filled not good value however the food was good just overpriced for what I got. I tried a second time, same again, half filled cup delivered. Overpriced or delivery clients getting short changed ?
