Went to Walsall today with. my daughter and grandchild. . To get out rain. we decided to eat at Mcdonalds were my Granddaughter loves. After ordering I waited 15 minutes for my order. But saw that the 2 burgers what they were preparing had been on side for rhe 10 of those minutes. Called my number out. And put the hot chips with the burgers. I complained stating how cold they were all they said was throw them in bin . But u will have to wait a while for the burgers. O great so now chips are cold!!! Around 5 mins after passed me 2 big macs . Well the state of them when we sat down. No sauce

When its late after work and i need a quick dinner, i have to order from uber eats. They always forget the sauces, and any extras. They always put ice in the drinks when we request to not have it. Chips always overcooked and dry. Hair found in my last order AVOID!!!

I had a really upsetting experience with McDonald’s at their Walsall Town Centre location. I visited late at night with my severely disabled child. McDonald’s is his “safe food” and often the only food he will eat, so when he is already overwhelmed or distressed, it is one of the only things that can calm him. On this night, he was already in a meltdown and extremely distressed, which is why I went to McDonald’s. The restaurant was closed inside, so I had to use the drive-through. After getting food, I parked briefly just to safely feed him and help regulate him. I have now been issued a £1

I ordered my food on the app and went through the drive-through. I still had to wait 15 minutes for my food, and they gave me the wrong order at first. It must have been a long day, but the communication was bad. I was just left waiting and wondering if my food was coming. They told me to park and wait, so I parked at the drive-through, and other cars parked behind me, thinking I was moving, which got a bit crazy when they started honking at me. I didn't get anything free or a discount, not even an apology. But they looked pretty young, so I'll just blame it on their inexperience. Update: I g
