I choose this Starbucks over others across the Black Country because the customer service here is consistently better. I usually come in for a Flat White and I am always greeted warmly by Claire and the rest of the team. They take the time to ask how I am and it always feels genuine and friendly. Starbucks is always a reliable stop with good drinks and a nice, easygoing atmosphere. Service is usually quick, even when it’s busy, which makes it a great place to pop into anytime. What really makes this location stand out is the staff, especially Lexi. She’s always friendly, upbeat, and welcoming, and she makes ordering feel effortless even when I add multiple add-ons for my coffee. Drinks are consistently made right, and she adds a positive vibe that genuinely makes your visit better. You can tell she cares about what she does, and that goes a long way.

Visited 20th September, staff very poor, didn’t scan points correctly , flat white again poor . I always leave positive reviews when I receive good service and food. This is my first negative review, I find it very disappointing spending extortionate prices for rubbish drinks and service .
