This branch looks great after the renovation – clean, modern, and with a smarter layout. The separate space for delivery riders is a big improvement. However, the dining area feels smaller, and almost every time I’ve ordered, something has been missing. Plus, one staff member is consistently rude, which really hurts the experience

Quicker to use drive through. Staff seem over run with delivery orders, drive through and when trying to order at till if wanting to pay cash you can wait a while to even be noticed by staff, not feeling a priority. There are kiosks to use and order on if you can pay by card still not that speedy but food usually warm, freshly cooked.
