Went to Querky cafe this morning and I wanted a caramel Frappe when I asked for it the worker states that they don’t do the caramel Frappe then why is it on the menu take it off if your no longer do this item I ordered a Caramel latte instead which was nice I also ordered a street box which states on the menu that you can get either grilled chicken or beef with sauted peppers and onions when it came I was given some dried cut up chicken in tenders that was cut up into pieces and flash fried peppers and onions they definately weren’t sautéed I couldn’t believe the meal that was given to me I a

Can’t understand some of the bad reviews! I think maybe it’s because they’re all before the refurb. I’ve been to the branch on Hoe Street a few times and wanted to try this one out. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Coffee and food came quickly. They explained the menu. I don’t have a pork free diet, but the pork free English breakfast is super tasty. I may even prefer the sausage. Turkey bacon is very different, but it still is a nice substitute. The hash browns were amazing. Super crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I’ll definitely be back if I’m this side of Walthamst

A bit disappointed by the food but the rest was good. The water bottles were warm even though it was in their fridge and my avocado was unripe which ruin my toast 😭
