Go and eat cake at the Portuguese cafe! My Grandparents are regulars and today treated me to a visit. I'm from Harrogate, the home of the famous Betty's, and I'd much rather visit here again! Totally unpretentious and good value for money. It was a hard decision choosing between all of the cakes/pastries available. The chap serving was a delight and a credit to the establishment. Amazing coffee and pastries. They have an excellent balance of flavours of sponge, milk cream, butter, walnut, chocolate... Instead of just sugar.
