Awful service that ruins any coffee time!! The middle-aged woman who works there is consistently rude and comes across as openly discriminatory. Her name starts with an M. From the outset she was extremely rude and discourteous towards us, repeatedly cutting us off before we could even finish a sentence. She treated us as though we were idiots who did not know what a toastie is, repeatedly saying “a toastie is the one labelled as a toastie” simply because we asked which toasties were included in the offer. Missed the mark a bit. Stayed for some time for work which was handy. Coffee is fairly decent, but a few areas let it down. - Staff I was served by were pretty grumpy and didnt seem to want to be there at all - Got the cheese + ham toastie and Coffee deal, got charged over £9 when it should of been £6. I questioned it but turns out 'that's the wrong cheese and ham toastie' after it was made. Would of appreciated it being pointed out to me beforehand. - Toilets need checking at more regular intervals. Overall not great, I appreciated the ability to work for alot of the day there though.

Really nice little coffee shop for some down time or needing to get work done! The drinks here are really tasty and have a wide variety of food to accompany them. The atmosphere is normally quite quiet until lunch time where it can get very busy! The staff are friendly and will make the drink how you like it! 5 stars all around!

The staff r so Rude and just horrible. Sitting in the toilet for a while cuz of tummy issues.. just KNOK KNOK every 6 mins and just coz in was in there while she told me i had 2 more mins.. for nooo reason.... think she was a manager.. ... Some jobs worth on mim wage... Can't wait till robots replace her...
