William is the worst manager I've met . I ordered a cheeseburger for takeaway, at home half way i saw my daughter eating it without meat . I went back to ask for a new one. I showed him photos and he refused to offer me a new one as I haven't took back the half eaten bun with cheese. Unacceptable customer service after his employee missed the meat out of my burger. Very disappointed we are, he should have deal with mistakes differently, especially he is trained to be a manager . Shame on you William for being rude by refusing to replace the burger for my 3,5 years old girl.

I am extremely disappointed with the management at the Watford McDonald's, specifically with a manager named Danish. His attitude towards delivery drivers is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of organizing orders efficiently, he consistently delays deliveries and makes drivers wait for an unreasonable amount of time. To make matters worse, when asked about the orders, he has a horrible attitude and explicitly tells delivery drivers, "Don't come to our branch to pick up deliveries." Is really that hard to pack orders correctly? Every single time is something missing!!!! But today was even worse. Today is so hot outside, so I order so food for me and my kid. Half of a food was missing, even a straw and everything was completely cold, so like fries for example was no edible. What kind of people working there ?! No one control them?
