Placed a order via app waiting times was more than 45 mins when food finally arrived it was cold, rang the store stating what happened. Told that food was going to be replaced, arrived at store not only my self was there for replacement at least other people was. The dining area was a mess and the floor under each station was dirty

We waited almost 30 mins to have our order. Then asked about what's going on. But the interesting part was the answer, they just missed our order. Then they reprint the receipt and start to prepare the order. But guess what, it wasn't accurate as well. One of the burgers should be double sth and it was just a regular small burger. Generally workers tried to help but I think management is the main problem.

Abysmal food from here today. If we weren't travelling through I would have bought it back for a refund. Milkshake wasn't cold and as thin as soup. Chips were as dry af. You need to get your act together here. I'll never return. Shame on you. Kin terrible.

Waiting 40 minutes for an order is ridiculous Waited at pick up window for a few minutes before being asked to park up. After 25 minutes I went inside to ask where it was They found it. Sitting on the side for however long. Obviously cold by now “Sorry I will talk to my manager” Disappeared Manager never came to say anything and the lady I spoke to didn’t come back either. New “hot” food came about 10-15 minutes later. No sorry, no communication nothing. By standards I have seen before they were not busy and they had plenty of staff.
