It was like visiting a childhood memory. I love Wimpy. I used to go Wimpy a lot when I was a kid. A nice little trip down memory lane. This restaurant has a good selection of high quality food, it's a bit pricey but well worth it. I had a cheeseburger with chips and a pepsi. The place was clean and tidying. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I recommend.

I had a good experience. Surprised by some of the reviews. I walked in on a Saturday evening. Service was friendly, efficient and attentive. Not too busy. Clean and basic. I ordered the battered cod & chips. I couldn't fault it. Freshly prepared. Huge portion. Comforting and delicious. The dish comprises a crispy battered cod, chips & your choice of peas or Heinz® Baked Beans. I went with the baked beans. So good. Simple and basic.
