Cannot make a decent cup of tea or hot chocolate to save its life. Constantly provide half a cup when you’ve paid for large, service is slow and by far the worst branch within a 50 mile radius. Weston Super Mare branch really lets the overall brand down. The pics provided are some of the rubbish and half cups served to us in the last 2 months. Hard to believe but the half cups are genuine and pictured when they have added some spray cream. In this day and age where money is tight for everyone it’s wrong for this branch to keep taking advantage of its customers like this. Have tried to be fair
