Really enjoyed my visit here! We tried several dishes and everything tasted freshly made. My favourite was definitely the beef brisket and tomato rice noodle soup. The portion was huge and there was plenty of tender beef. The braised beef brisket on rice was also very good and tasted really authentic. The Gong Bao Chicken rice was full of flavour too. Very crowded, but definitely worth the visit. The flavor is excellent, especially the chicken noodle dish, which I absolutely loved. It’s not spicy, but the taste is very authentic and reminds me of the flavors I grew up with in China. This isn’t Sichuan-style cuisine; the noodle flavor is closer to a Shanghai-style profile, which I personally enjoyed a lot. The other dishes we ordered were also very good. I understand that the restaurant has adapted some recipes and cooking styles to appeal to a broader audience, which is completely reasonable. Even so, as a Chinese customer, I would happil
