Pros: - Nice building, modern, usually clean. Better than most other Costa's which aren't. - Fast service, good seating indoors and out. - Good Staff usually on top of everything. Cons. - Exactly like any other Costa. Nothing special. Staff seem overworked. Feels like your on a conveyor belt and timer to get in an out. - Price. Massively overpriced food for what it is. All of it should be 1/3 the price, easy when you look at alternatives from the competition. - Location. Horrible location. No point having beautiful massive large windows when it's a kaleidoscope of awful views. - Food. The san

The staff is rude, me and my friends were sat inside and my friend has broken her ankle and needs to keep it propped up for a bit, one of the staff workers came over with a rude attitude telling her to take her leg off and that ‚it’s not a doghouse’. They genuinely are just rude in general. Awful.
