Paid £6 for this salad and it’s the smallest Subway salad I’ve ever had. It’s mostly lettuce with tiny amounts of everything else. My local branch fills the box properly. I’ve spread it out in the photo to show how little there actually is. If you order on the self-service screen, there isn’t a “have it your way” option, so you can’t choose your salad the way you can when ordering with staff. While I was waiting, I watched online orders being made and then left sitting. Honestly shocking subway branch. Convenient location but only thing going for it. No customer service at all. Order on a screen and wait... you can't even see the fresh ingredients or watch them making your sandwich. Literally order and pray for the best. Awful thing about ordering on a screen is they are just following the order numbers so even if you have a nice small order your still waiting behind everything else. Small and cramped with 4 seating areas but your then sat in the way of people ordering. Not a nice way to eat your food. Also no toilets. I love subway and genuinely they have do

Popped in after a visit to the hospital and was served by a lady (I think her name was Emma) who might be the most positive person I've ever met. Give her a gold star or whatever commendation system you have internally 👍🏻

Don't ever review but consistently the same lad who works there and was in tonight is just rude, there is no customer service in the lad and shouldn't work in a customer facing environment, always rave about subway but will never use this one again because of this singular staff member just constantly being miserable and rude
