Lots of reviews here complain of slow service - to those people, if you're in a rush go to a drive-thru or Costa/Starbucks. Yes it can be a bit slow here but then you get served by staff that are polite and happy to acknowledge you're there, you get to sit in a comfortable environment surrounded by soft furnishings and wood: these absorb most of the noise experienced in those 'glass-wall' coffee chains mentioned above, meaning it's a far more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. This Cafe Nero will get my money every time...
