Very disappointing experience tonight. The opening hours clearly state that the restaurant closes at 2 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, yet the staff member at the door kept telling customers they were closed. We ordered online just to try and get food, and she said, ‘If I see that it’s paid, I will do it. If not, I will not.’ She then stood by the entrance like a bodyguard, keeping the door locked while multiple customers were still trying to order. Even an Uber driver had to cancel an order because he couldn’t get inside due to the door being locked. Leaving paying customers and delivery drivers

I just wanted to leave a review for one of the workers at KFC called Wajed because genuinely, the level of service he gives is incredible. Every time I come in, he is always welcoming, polite, hardworking and constantly making customers feel valued. You can tell he truly cares about his job and about making people’s experience a good one. What stands out most is his attitude. Went to KFC for the pickle burger meal and it did not disappoint. Wajed was an absolute legend - so polite and helpful! The food was excellent and service was very quick. I will definitely be back again! Thanks :-)

Shazia is so rude (fat Pakistani woman with dark hair). And she lies about giving you a free side of your choice if you leave a good review, and then manages to lie about every single thing that it’s ran out. She also tries to gaslight you into thinking she didn’t say anything
