Five of our family went to Bombay Story to celebrate two special birthdays! The food was exquisite…. we were all so overwhelmed by the quality of the food and its presentation. The staff were delightful, helpful, engaging and knowledgeable and really made our evening so special. My husband and I travelled up from Southampton to take the family there, as they are local, and will definitely make the journey again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Lovely Indian restaurant. The ambience is excellent and it's beautifully decorated. The service staff were friendly and helpful. The menu is fantastic with a wide range of choice, including street food style plates and a great selection of starters and mains. They have 2 for 1 on cocktails and this is also inclusive of mocktails and no alcohol drinks which is great for those who do not drink alcohol. The food was exquisite and I will definitely return. Parking is free after 6pm in the nearby carpark which is also a plus.

We had a lovely experience at Bombay story. We were looked after well by the staff, the food was lovely and good value, and the atmosphere was nice. We came here for our anniversary which I had put on the booking. At the end they came out with glasses of Prosecco and a brownie with a candle in it for our which was such a lovely touch! I was driving and only had one drink so they were nice enough to even swap the Prosecco for a fruity drink instead. It is clearly popular here for a reason! I’d definitely recommend this restaurant, especially for a special occasion.

Our first time at this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. Family members had previously been and were so impressed with the food. We tried a selection of the tapas dishes and they were all so tasty 😋 The food is very reminiscent of the dishes they have at Dishoom, our favourite restaurant in London. We were there to celebrate a birthday and the staff brought out a surprise ‘Happy Birthday’ dessert. We look forward to returning for another delicious meal.
