Absolutely the best chaiiwala store I’ve been to. I’ve been coming here for the last year and a half. I can say Alexandra is the most loveliest lady and has the best customer service. Tj is also the best person to manage this store. Exceptional customer service. They are always very friendly, very accommodating and helpful always. My children even love them. This store can never go because we would be lost without them.

The staff there have no manners, and dont even look after the place. Theres a staff working there and shes on her staff break and she sits in the designated customer seats. And when the customer sits at the table, keep in mind this is a table for 6, she has the audacity to be like you’re disturbing me, you cant sit here, you’re ruining my break??? The paying customer cant sit in the customer designated seat? The staff should go in the staff area during break. On top of that shes swearing at the customer disturbing other customers, ruined my lunch. You gotta be careful who you hire because they

Chaiwala never disappoints! The chai is perfect, rich and full of flavour, and the butter chicken is delicious every time. I also tried the new Tikka Biryani Bowl and it’s sooo good ... full of taste and definitely worth it. Great food and great vibes!
