They were brilliant. We were a party of 27 with a kitty for drinks on a Friday evening! Admittedly, our food had all been pre ordered but it was served promptly, hot and was nice. Beer was good. Staff were friendly and very efficient. A lovely pub and would definitely visit again if I'm in Worcester.

Recently had my retirement party here and had an absolutely fantastic night. Arranging a party for 22 people and 14 rooms 6 weeks before Xmas is not easy. Lorna, the manager, was really helpful with the arrangements, even contacting the local Travelodge for me, as the hotel could not accomodate all of us on that night. All the staff were really attentive, especially Nathan, our server at the table, and the food was lovely. Everyone commented on what a good night it was.

What a wonderful place! I was a bit sceptical at first as the price was so competitive for Worcester. But my fears were completely unfounded. Wonderful staff, Lorna especially was welcoming and helpful and the whole team were warm and friendly. Breakfast was huge with large variety. Bed was comfortable and there's a fan available to keep you cool. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board in room too.

This hotel deserves an award, Sadly the award is for the worst hotel room we've stayed in. We have stayed in various GK pubs around the country and this was definitely not worth the £105 for one night with Breakfast, plus £12 overnight parking charge! , the pub has no parking , you use the multi storey next door. Rooms are very dingy, dated and dilapidated. Also noisy courtyard outside window with drinkers shouting late in to the night.
