I’ve had the same issue twice at this Starbucks,So i hope the manager or shop operator sees this. The staff are always polite and friendly, so this isn’t about them being rude at all. The problem is more about training and product knowledge. I asked for an iced cappuccino, and both times I was told it’s made with milk at the bottom and coffee poured on top. That’s really just an iced latte, not a cappuccino. A cappuccino should have a good layer of foam, even if it’s iced. I did try to explain what I meant, but it didn’t seem like the staff were sure how to make it or offer an alternative.

Absolutely shocking! The tables and floors were not cleaned. It was difficult to find a clean table to sit at, and while I wouldn't mind if it was busy, it wasn't. Staff members were busy chatting amongst themselves. The table we eventually sat at was broken told a staff member was told they had nowhere to put it. I then mentioned it needed a sign to avoid liability, and they eventually put one up. However, they left all the tables that needed clearing. The manager should address this issue. Shocking!

Coffee could have been hotter , Luke warm. No clearing happening on tables and toilets were awful. Not clean and no toilet paper.

Always find the quality of drinks at this branch lacking. The exact same order in Sheffield is so much better. Price is also becoming wildly expensive. Which just makes the experience even more frustrating. When you can get a coffee £2 cheaper half a mile away that's always consistent, it doesn't make much sense to come back
