Rubbish everywhere after an England game where loads of loud teenagers starting throwing food everywhere and vaping inside. Disgusting behaviour and the staff didnt do anything about it.

Everytime I come here its bad. Worst Macdonalds in the area. Cold food. I had a double Sausage Egg Muffin and the paper was inside out. Water time was shocking... I could see my bag of food was ready and the 2 girls behind the counter were clearly bitching about someone right infront of us the customers. Honestly avoid if possible

Definitely needs new management. Huge wait for food despite hardly anyone else being there, food cold when I got it (which was not surprising as half the order had been prepared and was sat waiting in the bag for over 10 mins while the other half had still not been made), missing food items, no packs of promotional cards despite ordering two promotional meals and one drink was incorrect. Only realised when I got home. I don’t go to McDonalds often and don’t know if they’re all like this, but won’t bother going here again. I understand McDonald’s in Lytham is a popular spot — and rightly so, given it’s the only one in a classy town like this. It’s great to see it busy, and the team behind the counter generally seem to handle that well. However, I think there are a few areas where the customer experience could be improved with relatively small changes. The cleanliness of the dining area can be an issue, particularly during busy periods. I know McDonald’s has a culture where customers often leave their trays, but this makes it all the more important that staff keep on top of clearing tables quickly. At times, it’
