It's my favourite place to eat when in York, food is always spot on and the service is second to none,there was a little mix up with the steak I ordered that was quickly rectified and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, remember we all make mistakes and life's to short to get upset by these things especially when the staff sorted it so quickly. I will definitely be back again and again 👍😎

W drinks selection Wasn’t busy and nice interior (individual bathrooms, super pretty hehe) Carbonara could’ve done with a bit more flavour but the bacon bits were nice Servers were super duper nice but maybe everyone in York is just nice :p Btw the entrance is to the side by the outdoor sitting… but if your literate unlike us then you’ll be fine :)

Great 1st experience of the restaurant. We were visiting my stepson and his fiance and on the website and reviews I chose to eat here for lunch. Paul and I are not from York so had a wander round and ended up at the restaurant 40 mins early. Lovely reception by the hostess explaining that they could serve us drinks only as the food menu started at 12pm. We were really happy to sit at our table and have a Peroni and pinot. When our guest joined us they were great with serving us more drink and ready to take our order. Paul had the brie to start and I had the king prawns both of which were sup
