I honestly don't understand the hype surrounding this place, the reality is completely misleading. I called 15 minutes ahead to place an order. The employee took it and immediately hung up on me-no name taken, no "thank you," no "goodbye." When I arrived, the parking was a mess, so l had to be dropped off. During a visit to Honolulu, I stopped by Local Joe in downtown for a morning coffee and breakfast. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The coffee was outstanding, rich, smooth, and clearly crafted with attention to quality.
