Went to the pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription. They open at 10am, and it was 9:57 so I PATIENTLY waited outside the pharmacy til they opened. A not-so-gentleman named TRENT gave me a dirty look as he was dropping off their til just because I was standing there. I politely said, "don't mind me, I'm not in any hurry, take your time" He gave me another scoff and walked off without saying a word. Eventually they opened about a minute or 2 late, which I did not mind, and a nice woman took care of me, but not before I heard this TRENT fellow in the background complaining to the other

Every thing is higher priced than other local stores $15 more for a bottle of liquor, $5 more for a 2 pack of canned chicken, then double charged me for the canned chicken! Also I had to return to the store to get refunded , glad I don’t live 20 miles away! Check your receipts people, I will not be back.

What happened to the hot food bar? Went there today for lunch and all the food that was out looked like it had been sitting there for days. It was lunch time on a Saturday and nobody would touch it. And I used to live in a big city and got the hot food bar from Whole Foods and it was a $1 less, and the food was awesome. How are you charging $9.99 for gross dried out slop? It wasn't even "frozen dinner" quality. And your bakery has become a joke as well. Terrible job Kesslers. Lower your prices if you're gonna suck this bad.

Me and my family love Kesslers (been shopping there for at least 10 years), but ever since coborns bought them out and they switched to that "food club" brand, switched ownership, the quality of their meat, dairy, and anything else has gone WAAAYYYY downhill. For example, two packages of "thick-cut" bacon were actually thinner cuts than they were before. We are going to start shop elsewhere, like Ken's, since this downgrade in quality is disappointing. Highly recommend anyone else go elsewhere!
