Rudely spoken to in drive thru when taking order and at the window. After discovering I was short a taco I went into store to correct it. She openly accused worker in back of the mistake which he responded with "no". At this point the lady opened my food wrappers to make sure I wasn't hiding it!?!?! Even after I took each item still in the wrapper out and spread it on counter to see what I had; she literally opened the wrappers to inspect the food. Yes she wore gloves but really? The food was pathetic when I looked at it closer; Basically no cheese, just greasy cold burger and a little lettu

Nobody eats fast food because it's good. I used to eat it because it was fast and cheap. This place is neither and the food isn't as good anymore. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes before someone finally asked what I wanted, only to be told that what I wanted could only be ordered via the mobile app. Then had to wait another 5 minutes for them to finally come back and take my order. If TB is replacing their employees with phone apps, the least they could do is lower their prices a little. Not worth it. Not even close.

Nuggets were borderline burnt and very dry, forgot my sauce for said nuggets, service was very slow and everything just thrown around in bag, chips were completely destroyed and thrown around the bag. NOT a good experience. You used to be good taco bell

Literally pulling out of the parking lot right now. Stood at the counter for over 8 min. 6 employees and not a single one acknowledged me. I would have ordered via the kiosk, but it froze up halfway through my order. Definitely the worst service in the area. Even a "we will be right there" but nope, just some looks as if I was a bother and not a word muttered. 100% taking this to corporate. What a terrible way to represent a conpany.
