I 100% understand they were hit pretty hard with a local event letting out. I am grateful that they were polite, the food was not bad.... but it was also thrown together and messy. Again, I know they were busy... The wait is what was the worst. If my buger was thrown together but I wasn't waiting 45 min I would have never said anything about the food. this is the worst mcdonalds to go. Every single time they mess up my order. Im sick and tired of it. Id rather drive 10 minutes to go out of my way to get what i want because this one is crap. I dont order anything complicated for it to be wrong. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers without ketchup or mustard and they put it on there. Always get my breakfast bagel wrong as well. I always order bacon egg and cheese bagel and this time gave me sausage last time gave me no egg and the time before that no breakfast sauce. This is the worst experience

This location by far has the best customer service. They greet you, help you order is needed, and by doing so the atmosphere is fantastic. No issues with the food or drinks either

Very very rude costumer service on top of not letting me order without yelling at me in the drive thru while I was speaking all I ordered was a kids meal and apple pies. Did not receive or even ring me up for pies acting like it was my fault. Gave my daughter the wrong sauce and no extra fries instead of apples.
