I have been disappointed with my experiences at the Culver’s on West Lake Street in Addison, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had issues at this location. During my most recent visit, I tried to redeem my loyalty points for a free ButterBurger through the Culver’s app, but I was still charged for the item. When I spoke with the manager, Kevin, about the issue, he insisted there was nothing he could do to correct the charge or help resolve the situation.
